Company Profile
Citrus Travel is a family owned and run travel agent based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. The founders, Steve and Maria Ody, have over 30 years experience in the travel industry. Steve's background is sales and marketing who, more recently, worked for a large Caribbean Resort chain and also for one of the UK's leading tour operators to Africa and the Indian Ocean. Maria has a background in sales and customer services and has worked with several top UK retail travel agencies and tour operators. They both saw that travel companies were not giving customers the level of service that they deserved. Maria Ody says "The days of sitting back and expecting your customers to return year after year are over, most travel companies haven't woken up to the fact they are losing customers because they don't care about them. We aim to fill the void in that area, we are extremely customer focused and this shows in the high percentage of loyal, repeat customers we have. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and we provide every customer with a level of service that they would not find anywhere else. We tune into our customers and really listen to their needs."
